ml and 70 ml l containers are supplied pre-filled with formalin.
We supply a standard biohazard bag comprising a press-seal compartment for specimen containers and a separate sleeve for the request form. Larger bags are available for large specimen containers or buckets.
We
are able to supply on request a specimen collection log book and a suitable
container in which to place specimens prior to collection. The onus would be on
the client to enter patient and specimen details, which would then be
countersigned and dated by our courier to confirm that collection had been made.
Consumables
may be ordered by telephone, facsimile or using
the consumables request form available from us.
Health Insurance Commission guidelines preclude the supply of consumables other than those listed above.
